At AK Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of personal care and natural products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product leakage or packaging damage
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Unboxing Video
To claim a return or refund, an unboxing video is mandatory showing the package being opened.
This helps us verify the issue quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Delay complaints after the return window
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Return Shipping
Customers may need to send the product back to us for verification.
